Can someone please explain why I am so lonely?

Because you feel alone in your thoughts. You feel like no one really understands you or what you’re going through, even if you have friends. This is true to an extent but everyone goes through similar things. If you have siblings they have similar but different home life experiences.
If you have friends they have similar but different school experiences and even more different home lives.
We all have thoughts alone. We all die alone.
It doesn’t exactly get better but you understand yourself more.
