Help, I need a thorough answer with at least 15 complete sentences. It’s due at 9:00 PM As noted in the text, members of Congress face numerous conflicts during their time in office. One conflict is between representation and lawmaking. Another is the choice one must make between (1) compromising with members of the opposing political party in order to make necessary laws and (2) refusing to make such a compromise due to adhering to the political philosophy of one’s own political party. Each member of Congress must consciously or subconsciously take a stand and make a choice when faced with these dilemmas. What choice would you make? Take a position: Imagine that the health care bill is in the process of being revised so that it will cover all Americans, regardless of income, and that it will require a 2 percent tax increase on all Americans. Another name for such a system would be socialized medicine. Would you vote to pass this bill?

As you develop your argument, answer the following questions:

Is the overriding duty of a congressperson to make laws or keep promises to the "folks" back home? Should a congressperson adhere to all the philosophical doctrines of his or her political party even if it hinders the passage of a bill the country arguably needs? Is this the type of law you feel you have a duty to make? Will the folks back home be angered that you voted to raise taxes? Or would they be happy that you provided this service to many who needed it? What is your own political philosophy on this issue?

Will give brainliest to the person with the best answer
