What I would share with the representatives of the state of Georgia would be this.

The state of Georgia must recognize the fact that in the past we agreed to be part of a great Union. Although the many differences caused by the issue of slavery, Georgia must show loyalty to the Union because divided, the United States will fail as a nation, and there is no sense to confront Americans against each other if we are one nation.  It would be to ask siblings in a family to fight each other.

The United States is greater than its differences. That is why we have the US Congress and the law, to pacifically resolve our issues. Furthermore, the economic consequences that secession would bring could really compromise the stability that we want for our people, not even thinking that a division could take us to a Civil War that nobody wants.
