3. Action – They realize it’s not always about themselves and don’t just think about how to make things better, they take action. They also model how to infuse passion, values and goals into daily routines. They live through and with purpose.

4. Perception – Others love, respect, and appreciate their work. Do people believe in you, bring out the best of what you have to offer, and make sure you are fulfilling your dreams? Impactful and empowering people cross check their own agenda with the agendas of others, making sure that everyone around them is connected with their own purpose and passion – if not they stop and make a change to improve it. They don’t dwell on it but cycle back to love, attitude, and action.
