Jim decides that he needs more information on how employees feel about diversity. Jim creates a paper and pencil survey on employee attitudes toward diversity and asks managers to distribute it to employees. To keep track of all of the surveys and ensure that everyone responds, employees are asked to put their worker IDs on their surveys. Two weeks later almost everyone has responded.
