Assume that Wayne Mazda did accept the plaintiffs' phone calls and did simply state that it would take longer than planned to issue permanent license plates. Why might the trial and appellate court have ruled differently?
because a simple delay in issuing the permanent license plates would probably not have been considered a material breach of contract T/F
