Latent learning is a form of learning. This learning is not shown immediately in overt behavior. It occurs without any reinforcement or the association of learning. It is an apparent behavior that is not shown overtly in the behavior of rats. This learning happened without any motivation.

This is the learning that breaks the rules of the behaviorism. Latent learning occurs both in humans as well as animals. Children learn behavior by watching their parents. For example, if a child is going with his father from school to home and home to school. the child learns the route map of the school to home and home to school. There was no need for motivation.
