Knowing our own flaws is important to distinguish which flaws we can change and which ones we don't, and thus accept them, which increases our confidence. And in the assessment of our own flaws we can go wrong, so it is best if we seek feedback from the environment. The best is the so-called 360 degree feedback. It's feedback where we collect information about ourselves from colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates, family, friends, and include our own assessment of our flaws. But also all those who are in daily contact with us, which is because of work or other needs, that is, all those who cooperate with us daily and can evaluate what shortcomings we have. So we've collected feedback from literally the whole environment, the entire 360 degree circle, and so we can best evaluate our own flaws by taking feedback information from all sides.
