The receiver now has received the message they decide it by transforming it into an information that they can interpret.

Create a Meaning

The receiver then begin to understand what is meant by the message.

These are any external sources that may distract your message such as the background music when you make a call or langauge barriers .

Feedback

At this point the receiver can now respond which will give the sender an idea of whether they got the message correctly .
