Internal marketing has to do with internal communications which is the function responsible for effective communications among participants within an organization, that is promotion of a company's objectives, products and services to employees within the organization. The purpose is to increase employee engagement with the company's goals and fostering brand advocacy, while traditional marketing has to do with the usage of old method of market their products and includes Marketing methods which includes print advertisements, billboards, flyers or pamphlets, TV, newspaper, radio, and lastly Interactive marketing is a one-to-one or face to face marketing practice that centers on individual customer and prospects' actions. Interactive marketing involves marketing initiatives that are triggered by customers' behaviors and preferences; for this reason, it is a major shift from traditional campaign-based marketing efforts
