The main method that Sierra Club uses is to focus on people and bring them education of protecting the environment. This also helps to make the main goal of the Group  of Interest a public policy or matter. that use is to make a big base of supporters so it can also give to politicians a good area and number of potential votes. More supporters means more people who take care of the environment and also more people that would vote for a potential candidate that also support the movement
