Hhi okay so i am currently writing a memo for the president of the united states for my civics class and i have a 1 question. set the subject it's on is an attack on mexico but one of the questions is which international organization could be contacted about this conflict? and i'm not 100% sure what they mean so if somebody can explain that to me that would be really really sweet and nice.
