Explanation: Dear Diary;

                       I hurt my ankle in gym, and I'm pretty sure I heard something "pop" before I fell down in excruciating pain.  

                        I was referred to the hospital, and a doctor examined me after I completed a mountain of paperwork. He diagnosed a torn Achilles tendon. I was heartbroken. No sports, no exercise, no gym for a long time! I was sweating, short of breath, and shaking through the pain and disappointment about my bad luck.

                        Dear Diary;

                         I am home now and sad.My foot hurts. My hospital visit was very impersonal and the doctor did little to make me feel better. Even though I was in terrible pain, nothing was done until I finished a ton of paperwork. My recovery period will be long. My anxiety level is very high as is my apprehension about my road to recovery.
