A. S.1626 - Intellectual Property Bankruptcy Protection Act of 1987

B. This law specifically protects the licensor of a right of intellectual property and how this property must be handled in case of bankruptcy.

C. The header states what is the law purpose and the situations that it must be taken into account "Amends Federal bankruptcy provisions to provide that if the trustee in bankruptcy rejects an executory contract under which the debtor is a licensor of a right to intellectual property, the licensee may elect to:[...]".

If there's something that is not included or doesn't belong to any of the six numerals, it couldn't be protected as intellectual property.
