The bill of rights contained ten amendments to the u. s. constitution. only 17 more amendments have been added to the document since then, and of those, only a handful describe new "rights," despite dramatic changes in american society over the last 200 years. propose a new amendment for the constitution that establishes a critical "right" not currently protected by the document and explain why the "right" out to be protected.
