In a narrow sense, the right to privacy can be defined as the right of persons to determine what, to whom, and how much information about themselves will be disclosed to other parties.

True, The right to privacy entails the above enumerated narrowed points.  it confers upon a person the right to determine what,to whom and when, information they regard confidential should be divulged. There is however a legal limitation to this.
