What argument did jackson use to support his veto of twelve congressional bills?

President Andrew Jackson argues that the 12 congressional bills were methods and  techniques so that rich and powerful could receive special privileges and favors from the government. He portrayed himself to be one of the common folk and a representative of the majority.
