Humans affect earth in many ways. the use of fossil fuels, the clear-cutting of forests, and controlled burns can affect the carbon cycle. which process can counteract these human interactions? photosynthesis respiration decomposition transpiration

The only process that could counteract these human interactions is photosynthesis. In this process plants use carbon dioxide and release oxygen. The other two processes, namely: respiration and decomposition release carbon dioxide, while transpiration refers to the evaporation of water from aerial plants. It is therefore important to have reforestation or to plant more trees so that there will be more oxygen emission and use up of carbon dioxide.
