Manyas Gölü’nün tamamı Balıkesir sınırları içindedir. Tektonik oluşumuna sahip olan gölün uzunluğu 20 km, genişliği ise 14 km’dir. Göl güneyden Kocaçay ve kuzeyden Sığırcı Dereleri ile beslenir.
