An irate retailer has complained to the Customer Help
Desk about a promotional fashion show which is
happening close to his shop in the main retail area on
the ground floor. He claims that the stage is blocking
the entrance to the shop and will have a major impact
on his business during the week. All retailers were
informed of the arrangements 3 months ago at the
retailers' monthly meeting, and received further details
in the monthly newsletter to retailers outlining the plans.

months and was seen by the centre management as a
