In order to reduce global warming, society could be more careful to decrease the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere by using clean energy (e.g. solar panels) and avoiding gasoline fueled cars (e.g. use electric cars instead).
Environmental impacts that global warming causes include: more acidic oceans, filthy air, and the disappearance of wildlife species as habitats are ruined.
