Astuffed dog is tied to the end of a rope with a radius of 1 meter and swung in a horizontal circle with an angular velocity of 10 m/s. what would be the angular velocity if the rope was lengthened to 2 m? can this problem be worked out without the mass of the stuffed dog? and if it can how?
