The tape in the tape lab was charged by because 1. Adduction... positively charged piece of tape and one negatively charged piece of tape were near each other but not touching.

2. Conduction I started with 1 neutral tape and 1 negatively charged desk and ended with 1 neutral desk and 1 positively charged tape.

3. Friction ... I started with 2 neutral charges and ended with a negative charge on the tape and a positive charge on the desk.

4. lnduction...the 2 neutral pieces of tape were near each other but not touching, so both became negative.
