Objective: Demonstrate the relationship between inertia and mass. Materials: Three identical plastic bottles, water, bandana, 11 and a sturdy table Procedures:
1. Label the three plastic bottles A, B, and C.
2. Fill Bottle A with water up to the brim, half-fill bottle B. and leave bottle C empty.
3. Cover the surface of a sturdy table using the bandana and stand the bottles on top of it.
4. Quickly pull the bandana off the table and observe what will happen.

Guide questions: Read and answer the following questions in your answer sheet.

1. When you pull the bandana off the table, which bottle tipped off?

2. Which bottle is the sturdiest and did not move much?

3. which of the three bottles has the greatest mass than the rest?
