Please help me to solve this, I don’t really know what to do. A device requires 5 amps to operate properly.

What total resistance is needed in order to obtain 5 amps when 110 volts is applied across a circuit?

If the device has a resistance of 8 ohms, what additional resistor needs to be added to the circuit and how should the resistor and device be hooked up?
