The AIRMET for LLWS has conditions ending 12-15Z. However, after the LLWS ends there is an AIRMET for sustained surface winds greater than 30 knots continuing beyond 15Z and ending 18-21Z. Notice that the early morning (12Z) sounding in question 4 showed temperatures warming with height near the surface (i. e., a radiation inversion). Above the inversion, the sounding shows strong winds of 30-40 kts. Sunrise for the area is around around 1245Z. Why would the AWC forecaster end the LLWS AIRMET and replace it with an AIRMET for sustained surface winds greater than 30 knots
