Greenhouse gases cause the greenhouse effect. The primary greenhouse gases in Earth's atmosphere are water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and ozone.

Asia is Earth's largest and most populous continent, located primarily in the Eastern and Northern Hemispheres. Whereas Oceania is a geographic region that includes Australasia, Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia.  

Asia includes: Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Mongolia, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Asia has three main financial centers: Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore.

Oceania countries are: Australia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu

Currently, most of factories that exist in the world are established within Asian and Oceanian region because they have good supply of cheap labours. For example, China was initially one of the lowest labour cost countries known.  They produce the largest amount of pollutant which contain CO2 that contributed greatly to the greenhouse effects.

Greenhouse Effect:

It is the process in which radiations are absorbed by some gases present in the atmosphere and are not reflected back into space. This results in the insulation of the earth’s surface and prevents it from freezing.

During the day, the earth’s atmosphere gets heated up due to the heat of the sun. But at night, earth surface cools down and heat is emitted back into the atmosphere. During this complete process, some heat is also absorbed by greenhouse gases present in the earth’s atmosphere. This leads to increase in temperature of earth to a very high level that causes several devastating effects.  

Causes of greenhouse effect:

4. Increased use of chemical fertilizers
