Amagnetic field points toward the right while electrons in a wire flow into the page. in what direction is the force acting on the wire?

The force should be Ampere Force, which is represented as: 

F = BIL, here B and I are all vectors, with cross product

So the direction of the force is the direction of the cross product of B and I

Use right hand rule, you will know the direction is forward.
