How does the ratio of the battery (ΔVB / IB) compare to the resistance values of the resistor? Attempt to write an equation relating the (ΔVB / IB) ratio to R1, R2, and R3. (R1, R2, & R3 = resistors/lightbulbs)
(Ratio of the battery is 9:9)
(It's basically asking to write an equation relating the batteries resistance which is Voltage/I (current) to the resistors)
