The capacitors we looked at were all within their 20% tolerance window. But many were still significantly different from their advertised values. For situations that require high-precision, it is possible to buy capacitors with a much smaller tolerance (like 1%). But they are much more expensive! So they are only used where necessary. Think about some of the places capacitors are used in practice (feel free to research this as well). Give two examples of situations that might call for a higher-precision capacitor.
