B. describing a problem and explaining how to solve it
C. sequencing the changes that that energy goes through
D. illustrating the law of conservation of energy with examples examples

here's the passage for help: Energy is everywhere. Energy can be found naturally in many places. It is in the wind, on the ground, and even in our bodies. Energy is in our motion, and it exists in falling rain. Most of the energy on Earth comes from the Sun. The Sun is our nearest star. The Sun sends us energy that we see as light. It also sends us energy we cannot see easily. Plants use the Sun’s energy to make food. The Sun also warms the land and oceans. It is part of the water cycle too. Energy can do so many different things because it is constantly changing. Energy is never created or destroyed. But energy can change, or transform, from one type to another. This is called the law of conservation of energy. When we say that energy is conserved, we mean that it never disappears but changes type. It is easy to think that energy disappears. Think about sound energy. A bell sounds loud if you are standing close to it. It gets quieter if you get farther away. You might not hear it at all if you get really far away. Does that mean the sound energy went away? No. The sound energy changed into heat energy. Sound energy was not lost. It just transformed into a different type of energy. Humans know how to harness these energy changes. This let us to do many things. Think about electric lights. Electrical energy flows into the filament of a lightbulb. Then it changes from electrical energy into light energy. How does this happen? The electrical energy makes the filament hot. Then it glows and changes into heat and light energy. Then the light brightens a room and heats the air and objects around it. So the light energy transforms back into heat energy. Energy can be transformed inside your body. During photosynthesis, plants use the Suns energy to make food. The energy from the Sun becomes chemical energy inside a plant. When you eat the plants, the chemical energy becomes kinetic energy. This helps your body move. Energy is all around you. It never disappears, but it can transform from one kind to another.
