A motorist traveling at 17 m/s encounters a deer in the road 39 m ahead. If the maximum acceleration the vehicle’s brakes are capable of is −7 m/s2 , what is the maximum reaction time of the motorist that will allow her or him to avoid hitting the deer? Answer in units of s. PART 2 (this is the one I need) If his or her reaction time is 1.21983 s, how fast will (s) he be traveling when (s)he reaches the deer? Answer in units of m/s.

Assume you measured the mass of the cart to be (500 ± 1) g and the mass of the additional mass you put on the cart to be (500 ± 1) g as well. since the scale you are using in the lab cannot measure objects heavier than 600g you will have to sum up individual pieces and propagate the error. so what would be the mass and the standard error of the cart and the mass
