Materials: calibrated hot wheels track, car, metre stick, stop watch, box
Procedure (mini version): Set up the hot wheels track using the microscope box as a stand.
Part A: Distance and Time - Determine the time it takes the car to travel distances in Table 1 below. Use
the same speed each time. Start the timer at the start line.
Part B: Speed and Distance - Determine the distance the car travels in one second for each of the speeds in
Table 2 below.
Part C: Speed and Time - Determine the time it takes the car to travel 1 m for each of the speeds in Table 3
