A metal bar of length L=0.50m, and mass M=0.36kg, and resistance R=6.000ohms is placed on frictionless rails that are at an angle theta=23o above the horizontal. The resistance of the rails is negligible. The bar is released from rest in a uniform magnetic field B=1.50T that is directed vertically downward. Suppose that the that there is a frictional force between the bar and the rails. If the coefficient of kinetic friction between the bar and the rails is mu=0.20, what is the terminal speed of the bar?
