Two particles, with identical positive charges and a separation of 3.41 × 10-2 m, are released from rest. Immediately after the release, particle 1 has an acceleration a1 whose magnitude is 3.68 × 103 m/s2, while particle 2 has an acceleration a2 whose magnitude is 10.8 × 103 m/s2. Particle 1 has a mass of 4.66 × 10-6 kg. Find (a) the charge on each particle and (b) the mass of particle 2.

The desk has a weight of 75 lb and a center of gravity at g. determine the initial acceleration of a desk when the man applies enough force f to overcome the static friction at a and b. also, find the vertical reactions on each of the two legs at a and at b. the coefficients of static and kinetic friction at a and b are ms = 0.5 and mk = 0.2, respectively

Assume you measured the mass of the cart to be (500 ± 1) g and the mass of the additional mass you put on the cart to be (500 ± 1) g as well. since the scale you are using in the lab cannot measure objects heavier than 600g you will have to sum up individual pieces and propagate the error. so what would be the mass and the standard error of the cart and the mass
