The bias voltage V of the Wheatstone bridge circuit is 3 V. Both piezoresistors have piezoresistivity coefficient of 70 x 10-11 Pa-1 and under 1 MPa longitudinal stress (transverse stress is negligible). (a) What is the output voltage (V2 – V1) of the Wheatstone bridge circuit? (b) What is the total power consumption of the Wheatstone bridge circuit?
