• Zopiclone 7.5 mg PO QHS
Family history: Nothing relevant
Social history: 2 coffee, 2 tea per day. No alcohol, non-smoker. Little
exercise. Healthy diet. No problems taking medications. BMI 32
kg/m2. Ambulates with a walker
