tiredness. Interim detailed history and detailed exam are completed with the only notable finding being pale mucus membranes. CBC
(complete) with manual peripheral blood smear (ready by MD) reveals anemia. Total iron binding capacity reveal typical findings of
pernicious (Vitamin B12 deficiency) anemia. Sarah will be started on monthly B12 injections.
