A 24year old male is experiencing vision problems and decreased sensation in his fingers and toes; with numbness in both pinky fingers. He feels weak all over has noticed weird muscle spasms in his upper arms and calf muscles. He's thirsty but has not been urinating frequency and has dark colored urine. He has no significant medical history. What is the problems with this patient? Neurological exam; EMG test ; CSF analysis and Imaging diagnostics are normal results.
