For this case we have the following expression:
 y = (x + 3) ^ 2 + 53
 We rewrite the expression:
 y = (x ^ 2 + 6x + 9) + 53
 We add the constant term:
 y = x ^ 2 + 6x + 62
 
 The standard equation of the polynomial for this case is given by:
 y = x ^ 2 + 6x + 62
 option B

I  dont  know much about vertexes but i know to solve this function you need to use foil method and then corresponmd the vertex with the actual coordinates, hope i !
