How do i become better using mental math?

Practice makes perfect. The more practice you do, the faster and more experienced you will become. I recommend doing multiplication quizzes (just single numbers like 6x6) to get better at multiplying. 

I'm pretty sure it's b). i try drawing the functions out and b is the one that stands out or isnt a "line"
