Let's take this step by step

The first one is 2 < x < 3

We look at the graph and see where x is greater than 2 and less than 3 with the circles not shaded

It is the ones where y = 1

The answer to the first one is f(x) = 1

The next one is 0 is greater than or equal to x and x is less than 2

We look for the line that has x going from 0 to 2 with the circle at x shaded in

The line goes up 1 and over 1 which is the same as x

The answer to the second one is f(x) = x

For the third one we look for the one where x goes for 3 to 5 with the one at the 5 is shaded

This line goes down one and right 1 which is the same as -x

Since it goes to five the answer is 

The answer is f(x) = 5 - x

For the fourth one we look for the point where x is 2 and there is no line with the circle shaded

The point is at where y is equal to 3

The answer is f(x) = 3
