A.  We can see that data points in group T represents a tight cluster in upward pattern, therefore, group T will be called cluster of given data set.

We can see that the student represented by point R practiced only 3 hours and the student can play 70 pieces. Since the data point labeled by R is away from the rest of data points and it is outside of the cluster, therefore, point R is an outlier of the data set.

The presence of outlier r could be possible because the student was proficient on the piano before this study about the given relation was conducted.

B. We can see that as the number hours a student practices piano increases, the number of pieces he can play also increases. This means that both variables are moving in the positive direction

As our one variable is increasing other variable also increases, therefore, there is a positive correlation between the number of hours practiced each week and the number of pieces a piano student can play.
