-2=a(-3)²+b*(-3)+7,   -2=9a-3b+7,  > -9=9a-3b >-3=3a-b
7=a*(-6)²+b(-6)+7,  ---> 0=36a-6b, ---> 0=6a-b

-3=3a-b
0=6a-b > b=6a

substitute b=6a in -3=3a-b, so
-3=3a-6a, > -3= -3a,   a=1

substitute   a=1, in  b=6a, ---> b=6*1=6

y=ax²+bx+c
y=x²+6x+7
