  i hope this . this is in vertex form,    f  (x) =  a(x - h)2  +  k. (h, k) is the vertex and since h is negative it is the opposite of what you see in the equation. the beginning vertex is (-1, 2) and when we change it seven to the right our x changes to a positive six and five units down makes our y -3. i hope that this !   (6, -3)
