1/3 times 1/3 is 1/9, so i think it is 1/9 chance.

Using x and y because this makes you have the first toy with a chance of being broken of x could for example be 20% or 0,2 and you have to buy a second toy  which has a chance of being broken of y, where y for instance could be 10% or 0,1. the chance that both toys are broken is x y, which in my example would be 20% * 10% = 2%
