The answer is b.-6x + 11y = 13 because you have two points that they are :

2 = 9/11 + b ⇒ 2 - 9/11 = b ⇒ 22/11 - 9/11 = b ⇒ 13/11 = b so now we have :
y = 6/11x + 13/11 but the standard form is : ( y = 6/11 x + 13/11 ) 11 ⇒
