The equation for this would be y=0.89x
x=pounds
So I would say B. Continuous bc a Discrete graph is a scatter plot where there would be a lot of dots in different places. Therefore it can't be that or D. Both. That gets rid of 2 answers. A Continuous graph can be drawn without lifting you pencil off the paper. Since the equation would make a straight line, Continuous is the correct answer.
