then rate of payment for the excess 5 hours in the week = 5*[X + (X/4)]
                                                                                           = 5* (5X/4)
                                                                                           = 25X/4
His total weekly earning is 436.60
Then
X + (25X/4) = 436.6
29X/4 = 436.6
X = (436.6 * 4)/29
   = 60.22
Then we find that Julio's normal horly rate is 60.22
Now to check if the answer is correct
60.22 + (25 *60.22/4)
= 60.22 + 376.38
= 436.60
