When x = 7

Y=1/3x+2 
Y=1/3(7) + 2
Y = 7/3 + 2
Y = 7/3 + 6/3
Y = 13/3

and
y=4/3x-5
y=4/3(7)-5
y=28/3 - 5
y = 28/3 - 15/3
y = 13/3

(7, 13/3) is the solution
